The Hotel TV show was a drama series about the lives of the Management, staff and guests of the prestigious Saint Gregory Hotel in San Francisco, California.The elegant St. Gregory Hotel in San Francisco is the setting for a string of distinct plots, usually romantic, often involving famous guest stars for an episode or two. Victoria Cabot (Anne Baxter) runs the hotel for absent owner Laura Trent (Bette Davis), until Cabot dies halfway through the series, when manager Peter McDermott (James Brolin) takes over and makes Christine Francis (Connie Sellecca) the new manager.
